"I have been a state farm customer for over 20 years and have never been treated the way I was treated when I tried to transfer insurance from one state to Maryland. Horrible customer service and if it wasn't for my current agent going above and beyond to find another agent that actually helped me, I would have left State farm for another carrier. I hope the actual agent corrects the admin staff on how to treat and talk to customers because it is not the state farm standard."
